Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may qualify for a return under this policy.
